zum Verwechseln \u00e4hnlich. Also karamellig-s\u00fc\u00df und sehr lecker. W\u00fcrde in jedem Fall den Vanilla-Caramel bevorzugen.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><h1>Konsistenz<\/h1>\n<p>Der Crunchy One ist recht bissfest und sch\u00f6n crunchy, also knusprig.<\/p>\n<h1>Proteingehalt<\/h1>\n<p>Der Riegel beinhaltet 31% Eiwei\u00df, was f\u00fcr einen Kohlenhydrat-Eiwei\u00df Riegel recht gut ist.<\/p>\n<p>Leider wurde beim Crunchy One nicht unbedingt auf die hochwertigsten Proteinquellen gesetzt. Neben Milchwei\u00df wurde haupts\u00e4chlich Sojaeiwei\u00df verwendet. Auch sollte man den hohen Zuckergehalt nicht untersch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n<h1>Preis\/Leistung<\/h1>\n<p>Die Box mit 20 Riegeln kostet knapp 30 Euro, also 1,50 \u20ac pro Riegel. Das ist zwar nicht unbedingt ein Schnapp, aber auch nicht der Teuerste seiner Klasse.<\/p>\n<h1>Fazit<\/h1>\n<p>Vanille Karamell hat mir recht gut geschmeckt, Kirsch-Joghurt nicht unbedingt. Der Crunchy One ist im Grunde nichts anderes als ein proteinreicher Knusper-Schokoriegel. Er sollte nicht als kleiner Zwischensnack, sondern wirklich als Mahlzeitersatz genutzt werden.
