Der ideale Einnahmezeitpunkt w\u00e4re Abends vor dem Schlafengehen, aber auch zwischendurch, wenn aus Zeitgr\u00fcnden mal nur ein Eiwei\u00dfshake als Mahlzeit \u00fcbrig bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>Beim ersten \u00d6ffnen und Portionieren f\u00e4llt auf, dass das Eiwei\u00dfpulver sehr fein und damit recht staubig ist. Wenn man das Pulver etwas \u201e\u00fcberdosiert\u201c und eine paar Minuten stehen l\u00e4sst, wird der Shake zu einem Protein-Pudding. Gerade abends als kleines Protein-Dessert sehr zu empfehlen.<\/p>\n<h1>Proteingehalt<\/h1>\n<p>Laut Hersteller Weider sind es 88g Eiwei\u00df auf 100g Pulver. Bei gleichzeitig wenig Kohlenhydraten und Fett sind die N\u00e4hrwerte des Weider Day &amp; Night Casein absolut top.<\/p>\n<h1>Preis\/Leistung<\/h1>\n<p>Preislich geh\u00f6rt das Weider Casein zu den teureren Casein Produkten auf dem Markt, man bekommt daf\u00fcr aber auch ein sehr gutes Casein Pulver.
